Your physician will consider your personal risk factors, such as your age, family medical history, general health, and lifestyle, and then make recommendations for the preventive health screenings that are appropriate for you. Most preventive care is 100% covered; however, if you’re unsure whether or not something is considered preventive care, contact your medical carrier.
