Infertility Benefit Limits

To help our employees who need assistance growing their families, the infertility coverage under K-C's Medical Plan includes a $45,000-lifetime maximum for eligible medical expenses ($25,000 maximum) and prescription expenses ($20,000 maximum). All eligible infertility expenses are subject to K-C's deductible and coinsurance.

Fertility Preservation

To allow more flexibility in your family-building journey, K-C's Medical Plan covers fertility preservation (egg, sperm, and embryo freezing) subject to the infertility lifetime maximums (shown above) and to K-C's deductible and coinsurance.
