K-C understands the importance of your time away from work so you can focus on what matters most to you and your family. That’s why we offer vacation and personal and company designated holidays to support your work-life balance and wellbeing.
Note: For employees covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), please refer to your CBA for full details on your time off provisions.
Vacation
If you’re hired before December 1, you’re eligible for vacation in your first year (amount varies by hire date).* The amount of vacation you’re eligible for also depends on your classification. Additional vacation is earned based on years of employment at K-C. Vacation allotment varies for employees scheduled less than 30 hours per week.

Holidays
You’re eligible for paid personal holidays in your year of hire, the amount you receive depends on your hire date. The first full year of employment you're eligible for 32 hours of personal holidays.* You also receive nine paid designated company holidays per calendar year.
