Unlock More Choices: New Ways to Fill Your 90-Day Prescriptions!

We’re thrilled to share an enhancement that provides greater flexibility in filling 90-day prescriptions for you and any covered dependents. Whether it’s medications for diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, or other ongoing needs, you now have more options. Here’s what’s changed.

Previous Experience:

CVS/caremark required you to fill 90-day prescriptions exclusively at a CVS Pharmacy or through the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy (mail order).

New Experience – Effective Immediately:

In addition to CVS Pharmacy and CVS mail order, you can now choose from other pharmacies to fill your 90-day prescriptions:

  • Costco,
  • Costco’s Mail Order Pharmacy,
  • Kroger-affiliated pharmacies, or
  • Several independent pharmacies.

Find a Pharmacy

To find a pharmacy in your zip code where you can fill 90-day prescriptions:

  1. Sign in to caremark.com (or access directly without your credentials through the My K-C Benefits app by selecting Health > Prescription > Find an In-Network Pharmacy).
  2. Choose Plan & Benefits and then Pharmacy Locator.
  3. Type your zip code, city/state, or address, and select Search.
  4. Review the results of all in-network pharmacies. If a pharmacy is eligible to fill your 90-day prescription, the system will show “90-day supply available” under the hours of operation.
Questions?

Call CVS/caremark at 888-797-8911. Representatives are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for Your HSA and FSA

Did you know? You can set up your Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if elected, on Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay to pay for eligible expenses using your mobile device. To get started follow the instructions below based on your mobile device.

  1. Search for Apple Wallet on your phone and tap the plus sign (+) in the top right corner. Choose Debit or Credit Card.
  2. Follow the steps to take a photo of your Fidelity debit card.
  3. Enter your security code found on the back of your card and you’re all set.
  1. Search for Google Wallet on your phone, or download it from the Google Play store, if needed. At the bottom of your Google Wallet, tap Add to Wallet.
  2. Tap Payment Card and then, New credit or debit card. Follow the steps to take a photo of your Fidelity debit card.
  3. With the card added, you’re now ready to use Google Pay.
  1. The Samsung Wallet (Pay) app is pre-installed on many devices. If it isn’t pre-installed on yours, download it from the Google Play store.
  2. If it’s your first time using Samsung Wallet, a short instructional video will play.
  3. In the Samsung Wallet app, go to the Menu in the top left corner and tap Cards. Tap Add Cards, and then Add credit/debit card. Follow the steps to take a photo of your Fidelity debit card.

Tap to Pay

Once you're set up, just unlock your phone, open your phone’s payment app, and hold it over the retailer’s payment device to pay for eligible expenses using your HSA and/or FSA. If you have both accounts, Fidelity will automatically use funds from the appropriate account.

Note: Utilization of these payment applications are voluntary. Individuals who choose to use these payment applications must accept the third party's privacy and security requirements.

Benefits Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney (POA) is a written document which authorizes someone else to act or make decisions on your behalf. Having a POA doesn’t mean it will be recognized by K-C for benefit decisions/elections.

If you have a POA and need assistance with your benefit decisions/elections, you’ll need to submit the POA to be reviewed by our benefit administrators. For questions, call the K-C Benefits Information Line at 800-551-2333 and select Health & Welfare or 401(k) & HSA to learn more.
