New Meditation and Mindfulness Resource
Meditation and mindfulness can calm your mind and help ease stress and anxiety. Whether you sit for ten minutes before work or a few minutes before going to bed, meditation and mindfulness are great practices to incorporate in your daily life to support your emotional wellbeing.
Engage in a live or recorded meditation or mindfulness session through Mindstream, SupportLinc’s new free tool available through the SupportLinc web portal. To get started:
- Go to supportlinc.com and log in. To create your account, use group code kcc.
- Once logged in, select the Mindstream tile on the home page.
- In the Mindstream application, you can navigate topics or search for specific sessions.
Short-Term Counseling
Through K-C’s EAP, you and your family can access 10 free, confidential short-term counseling visits per eligible family member (per need) each year. EAP is available 24/7 and you can choose to receive short-term counseling by video, phone, or in person based on your unique needs and preferences.
